How did these cretins manage to cling on to power for ten years? Granted, they did a superb job of conning the 33% of the population that voted them in a decade ago. Another glorious triumph for Comrade Brown et al, and a lot more spare public cash now available to spend on PR staff telling what a wonderful job this pathetic excuse for a government is doing, backed up by reams of 'statistics' generated by quangos and vastly over-paid consultants.

Yes it was rubbish. Maggie didn't destroy the miners though to hear about it at the time, and still when it is talked about today, you would think it was!
I was meant to be ironic but it didn't quite work. (must remember never to post hungover again when brain isn't properly functioning)I was trying to make the point that during the miners strikes in the eighties the lefty idiots were out in force, the same leftie idiots that are in government now.
The Police were made out to be the enemy and maybe this is Labours pay back time to the Police with there shoddy treatment of them.
